Acceptable Use Policy

Allowed use

Use agentbox to hand one lawfully held, client-encrypted artifact to an intended recipient for a temporary business or professional purpose. You remain responsible for the content, recipients, encryption, and every jurisdiction relevant to your use.

Prohibited use

• Content or conduct that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, exploitative, abusive, defamatory, or that violates another person's rights.
• Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, trafficking, credible threats, or instructions intended to facilitate serious harm.
• Malware delivery, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, surveillance, spam, denial of service, or evasion of security and service limits.
• Sanctions evasion, money laundering, unlawful financial activity, or payments involving prohibited persons or jurisdictions.
• Attempting to discover, obtain, guess, publish, or misuse another box's capabilities or to upload plaintext presented as protected content.
• Using agentbox as the sole copy, a public distribution network, long-term storage, regulated record archive, or custody service.

Enforcement

The operator may reject requests, disable new creation, make a reported box inaccessible, delete available objects, preserve limited evidence, restrict abusive sources, or cooperate with providers and lawful authorities. Action may occur without prior notice when delay would create risk or defeat a valid legal requirement.

Encryption prevents routine content review. It does not authorize prohibited use or prevent action based on credible external evidence, payment and protocol metadata, or a sufficiently specific notice.
